DANI published in Scientific Reports

Our network inference method that preserves the topological structure of the recovered graph appeared in Scientific Reports.

DANI infers a social network from observed cascades while preserving the properties that make the recovered graph useful — modular structure, degree distribution, density and clustering coefficients — in linear time.

The paper is open access, and the implementation is on GitHub.
